Jokes are funny, the truth is hilarious." - the best way to describe the comedy of John Grimes. His charming, disarming personality allows him to take on any topic and make it fun for everyone. Currently based in Los Angeles, John is a rising standup up comedian, writer, and actor from Saint Louis, MO. He regularly performs across the country in any space that has a microphone, but spent the better part of last year on tour opening for Tony Rock. John also created and hosted the 2nd annual Los Angeles Comedy Festival- a 4 night event showcasing funny comedians from around the world, giving them the chance to perform in front of Hollywood talent agencies. In 2018, John taped his first half-hour comedy, “Going For Broke” that he released on YouTube. He just filmed his second one in Indianapolis, due to release this spring. His "Not At Home" Tour stops through Seattle for one night, featuring the very hilarious Jayson Acevedo! Come out for a night of laughs!
