Modern Daze’s sound draws on linear drumming, heavy reverb, and spacey effects combined with abstract lyricism to create a melodic style of ambient funk and the band is known for their high energy stage presence. They released two singles, “Candles” and “Freaky Fool” in early 2019 and is currently working diligently on a debut EP set for release in the fall, followed by a full length LP in 2020 or 2021.
